ABOUT
motion and stillness / dynamic tension / time, gravity, atmosphere
from the motion and malleability of soft clay to the fixed stillness of fired clay /
interruption, activation, destabilization of the vessel /
diminishing the functional nature of the pot with a little push towards the forms of nature /
the remains of ceramic objects as signposts of human history /
the beauty of textured and weathered surfaces, excavation and the erosion of time.
